After installation, the system is connected to our Monitoring Center, ensuring 24/7 monitoring of your property. If you already have an alarm system in place, our technicians can inspect its functionality and connect it to our monitoring center for enhanced security. In the event of an alarm, the Monitoring Center will immediately contact the client and dispatch an emergency response team, as well as notify the police. Our emergency response team will arrive at the site as quickly as possible to assess the situation and determine the cause of the alarm. Your safety is our priority. Panic Button – Allows manual activation of the alarm in case of emergency. Power Supply and Rechargeable Battery – Ensures continuous operation, even during power outages. In addition to the basic equipment, the system can be upgraded with additional components if needed, such as: External Anti-Tamper Siren – Provides a loud alarm outside the property and is resistant to tampering. What does the Alarm monitoring service user get?

The Code

It implies a certain combination of numbers known only to the Service User and authorized persons of the Service User and it is used to activate or deactivate the alarm system (so-called "arming and disarming"). Each Service User of the system must have his own code.

Duress Code

It means that the Service User or an authorized person of the Service User has disarmed the alarm system under duress. This serves as a discreet alert to the Monitoring Center operator to initiate a special procedure designed for such situations.

Password

A word or number, known only to the Service User and the Monitoring Center, which serves
to verify the authenticity of the identity of the Service User or an authorized person who communicates with the Monitoring Center in all cases related to the functioning of the alarm monitoring service.

Password under duress

A duress word or code is a secret verbal signal, different from the actual password, used to discreetly alert the Monitoring Center operator when verifying the identity of the Service User or an authorized person. It is specifically designed for situations where communication is conducted under duress, such as when the Service User is forced to indicate that everything is normal at the premises.
