How does alarm monitoring work?

Once installed, the system will be connected to the Monitoring Center, where the status of your property is monitored 24 hours a day. If your property is already equipped with an alarm system, our technical team will check its functionality and connect it to our Monitoring Center. In the event of an alarm situation, the Monitoring Center will contact the client and dispatch the emergency intervention team and the police to the site. The intervention team will reach the property as quickly as possible and determine the cause of the alarm event.

What does the Alarm monitoring service user get?

The Code

The user is assigned a specific combination of numbers, known only to the user of the services, which is used to activate or deactivate the alarm system. Each user of the system must have their own unique code.

Duress Code

It implies that the user has disarmed the alarm system under duress and serves as a signal for the Monitoring Center operator to follow a special procedure for such situations.

Password

A word or number, known only to the service user and the Monitoring Center, which serves to
verify the authenticity of the identity of the service user communicating with the Monitoring Center in all matters related to the operation of the alarm monitoring service.

Password under duress

A word or number different from the actual password, used as a secret signal to the Monitoring Center operator during the verification of the identity of the service user or an authorized person, in cases where communication is carried out under duress, meaning the service user is forced to state that the situation at the premises is normal.
